Ken Conley Update: "Hurry up and wait"

The most recent appeal in the never-ending legal travesty ensnarling Officer Ken Conley occurred on May 6th. At Federal Court in Boston, before a three-judge en banc appeals court, attorneys for the federal government and Kenny's lawyers argued for a grand total of thirty minutes. Each side was given a timed, 15-minute oral argument. The judges asked a few questions, played legal devil's advocate with both attorneys, and then took the matter under advisement.   continued

Attempted Cop-killer found guilty (finally) by Suffolk County Jury

Overweight yummie (young urban maggot) James Gaines, 25, was finally find guilty on May 26th by a Suffolk County jury of the attempted murder of uniformed Boston Police Officers Zenaida Flores and her partner Carlton Williamson and sentenced to 30 years in prison.   continued
